About the Team

Paul Mastroianni is the Founder of REC Partners, a full-service real estate firm specializing in residential and commercial brokerage, multifamily sales, leasing, property management, development, and tenant build-out construction.

Since completing his first development project in 1996, Paul has been involved in more than $300 million in real estate projects, including ground-up construction, renovations, additions, tenant buildouts, master planning, and residential subdivision development. His experience spans projects ranging from $25,000 to $15 million, including oversight of a $70 million residential community and a 29-lot single-family subdivision.

Paul’s strength lies in his comprehensive understanding of the full real estate lifecycle. As both an owner and operator, he brings firsthand expertise in acquisition strategy, feasibility analysis, permitting and approvals, design coordination, budgeting, leasing strategy, and asset management.

Prior to real estate, Paul built his entrepreneurial foundation in telecommunications, becoming Nextel’s first dealer in New England. His first development project – the Post Office in Hopkinton, MA – remains under his ownership today, reflecting his long-term commitment to asset stewardship and value creation.

Kathi Sherry is a seasoned executive, entrepreneur, and strategic leader whose career spans high impact roles in technology, real estate, and business ownership. For the past decade, she has led and executed all aspects of a full-service real estate development firm’s operations, including commercial and multi-family leasing, property management, and end-to-end development initiatives – from site planning through construction, leasing and tenant fit-out of more than 100,000 square feet of commercial space.

Before stepping into commercial real estate, Kathi spent over two decades in senior IT leadership at major financial institutions, directing large scale enterprise programs, managing multimillion dollar budgets, and building high performing teams. In 2010, she followed her entrepreneurial instincts and founded a retail boutique building the business from the ground up and growing it into a trusted destination known for exceptional service, thoughtful curation, and a deeply personal client experience.

Across every chapter of her career, Kathi is recognized for creating clarity in complexity, leading with steadiness, bringing order to complex, high stakes initiatives and delivering results that elevate both organizations and the people within them.

Ryan Mastroianni is a Real Estate Agent at REC Partners, a full-service real estate firm specializing in residential and commercial brokerage, multifamily sales, leasing, property management, development, and tenant build-out construction. Ryan co-founded REC Partners alongside his father, Paul Mastroianni, and is involved in brokerage, investment acquisitions, leasing, property management, and development initiatives across the firm.

Prior to founding REC Partners, Ryan supported a high-performing commercial real estate team at SURMOUNT, contributing to the acquisition and disposition of over $500 million across 140 net lease properties for national franchisors, private investors, family offices, institutional clients, and developers. In this role, he helped execute transactions and support clients throughout the investment process.

Before entering real estate, Ryan worked at Dell Technologies as an Account Executive serving medium-sized business clients in Georgia. Over two years, he closed more than $5.8 million in revenue across 150 clients, demonstrating a strong track record of client-focused results.

Ryan graduated summa cum laude from Providence College, earning a Bachelor of Science in Marketing.
